We are the Immanuel Armenian Congregational Church in Downey, California; a small ethnic Evangelical church that recently celebrated its 95th anniversary of serving the Armenian Community in Southern California. This is our Second Annual Car Show and while last year's was well attended, our goal is to surpass last year.
During the picnic we serve a delicious Armenian Shish Kebab plate (either lamb or chicken, or half and half). rice pilaf, salad, soft drink and watermelon. Our picnic also features a Bake Sale of homemade Armenian pastries.
