MEMORIAL WEEKEND SCHEDULE 2011

FRIDAY MAY 27TH
12:00 P.M.–5:00 PM Greiner Ford Mustang Show-Hosted by Greiner Ford Dealership,
3333 CY Avenue for Cruzin With the Oldies participants. Vote for your favorite Mustang. Open to all years of Mustangs. Special awards presented at the Ice Cream Social
4:00 P.M.-6:00 PM-Early registration and photos of each entry- Located at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel, I-25 exit 188B, 800 N. Poplar Street.(Photos in front of hotel with trees)
5:00 P.M. Cruise in for dinner at Johnny J’s Diner (both locations-see map). Reserved parking. 10% discount on meal if you display your car.
SATURDAY MAY 28TH
8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M.-Registration and photos continues at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel,
800 North Poplar Street, Casper, WY
9:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.-Short Cruise, beginning at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel.
Follow cruise leaders to S& L Classics, 130 Progress Circle, Casper, WY
10:00-2:00 P.M.- Special Interest Motorcycle Show, Yellowstone Garage-ballot in goodie bags. Vote for your favorites in 3 classes: Pre 1980, Domestic/Foreign, Modified/Custom
11:00 A.M.-2:30 P.M. West Yellowstone Corridor Cruise-In at 355 W. Yellowstone and along Elm Street to Midwest Ave.-hosted by John Huff of Sound & Cellular. (An informal downtown cruise-in and lunch catered by Sherrie’s Place). Free for participants with wristbands (meal tickets in goodie bag). Pre-register for Poker Run by 2:00 p.m.)
2:00 P.M.-4:30P.M.- Poker Run/Staging from Cruise-in $5/entry
4:30 P.M.-6:30P.M.-Parade (Line up at Yellowstone Garage. Begin parade at 5:00P.M. and cruise up second street to Jefferson Street (turn right) and parade to Washington Park, proceed thru turnaround and follow same route out of Washington Park back down Jefferson, left on Second Street and back to Yellowstone Garage for dispersal.
6:30-8:00 Cruise & Dine
8:00 P.M. Street Dance featuring “The Avengers” at Yellowstone Garage. (Cash bar) This is a free concert with free-will donations to Central Wyoming Hospice. Feature cars and bikes on display.
SUNDAY MAY 29TH
7:00A.M. -10.00A.M. –Fairground gates open @ 7:00 a.m. Registration Closed
9:00A.M. -3:00P.M. -Swap Meet and car corral at Fairgrounds-auto related items only
(separate vendor fee)
9:00 A.M. -3:00P.M. -Show and Shine-Organized parking on the asphalt of the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. Please follow parking instructions. Food vendors, craft vendors, swap meet vendors
NSRA INSPECTIONS AVAILABLE
1:00 P.M. -Deadline to turn in ballots for Show ‘n Shine picks at the car show headquarters trailer at Fairgrounds. Please place ballots in box at trailer
3:00 P.M. – Raffle drawing for major raffles (Car Club Trailer @ fairgrounds)
7:00 P.M. -NAPA Ice Cream Social-Best Western Ramkota for Participants with wristbands only. Show ‘n Shine Award announcements. Other raffles, silent auction and awards.
MONDAY MAY 30TH
7:00A.M. -9:00A.M. -Breakfast Buffet at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel for participants with wristbands (included with your registration)
