Nashville Peach Blossom Festival and Car Show. May 7, 2011. 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Located on Main Street down town Nashville, Arkansas. One hour north-east from Texarkana, AR/TX, 30 minutes north of Hope, Arkansas. Fifteen minutes from the Crater of Diamonds State Park. Sponsored by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Open class for cars and trucks. Classes set by year 1939-back, 1940-49, 1950-59, 1960-69, 1970-79, 1980-89, 1990-1999, 2000-2011. Special Corvette Corner. Trophies for divisions. 100-point or participant judging according to trophy sponsors. Advanced registrations $15 and $20 day of show. Special door prizes and cash prizes. BBQ cook off, games, rides, stage show entertainment, arts and crafts booths, and a variety of food booths. Fun for the entire family. Partial proceeds go to Relay for Life Cancer Program. Sponsored by the City of Nashville, Arkansas, Nashville City Parks and Recreation and other local businesses. Open class for cars and trucks.
